What is Paradox?

Paradox is a conversational ATS which allows applicants to apply for a job in a chat bot/text message format. Candidates ask a series of questions which builds an application, and candidates are invited to set up an interview before they finish their application process, if they answer the questions the way the spa has set them up to identify a qualified candidate.
