The Worldpay booking issue that caused member credit cards to be charged at time of booking has been fully resolved.

Action Required

Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on October 14. To avoid disruptions and maintain Zenoti compatibility, Hand & Stone IT strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11 now.

A Zenoti patch will release on September 8. No impact to Hand & Stone systems is expected.
