01

Centralized Management

All business listings are being centrally managed leveraging our new tool Yext. Yext acts as a central source of truth for our listings across the web. Centralized management is paramount to ensure brand consistency and ensures Hand & Stone is adhering to best practices, maximizing our spa’s visibility across all listing inventory.

02

Listing Ownership

Ownership and management of all listings is restricted to only authorized corporate and agency partners. Under no circumstances should spa owners and managers request ownership of existing listing or create new listings. When unauthorized users claim ownership of listings or create new listings we risk losing access through Yext, impacting our ability to keep information up to date and consistent with the rest of the system while also impacting our reporting and analytics capabilities.

03

Business Listing Requests

Any requests regarding business listings should be submitted through Field Marketing Managers to ensure it is formally assigned a ticket to be monitored for completion.
This includes:

  • Primary information alterations such as address, phone number, or hours
  • Addition or removal of imagery
  • New listing or removal requests

Ensure Brand Alignment with Outside Vendors

To maintain consistency and protect the Hand & Stone brand, all outside vendors must receive prior approval before use. This includes Groupon and any other third-party partners.

Please note:

  • Approval must be obtained through your Field Marketing Manager (FMM).
  • This applies to all creative assets, promotional offers, and logo usage.
  • Following this process ensures compliance with brand standards and strengthens overall marketing consistency.

For approval requests, contact your FMM before moving forward with any vendor partnership.
