We’re excited to share an update on recent vendor renegotiations that reinforce Hand & Stone’s commitment to franchisee profitability and long-term system alignment. Across technology, compliance, marketing, recruiting, and purchasing, these efforts have delivered meaningful cost savings, improved contract terms, and stronger partnerships that scale with our system.
From reduced and tiered pricing with Edge, fee exemptions secured with DISA, platform consolidation savings through SMG, and reinvestment of negotiated savings into national media and branding — to protected purchasing costs, performance-based agency alignment, and recruiting efficiencies — these wins reflect the power of our collective scale.
👉 Explore the full breakdown to see how these renegotiations are lowering costs, improving performance, and reinvesting value back into the system.
On February 9, we’ll unveil the full strategy behind Hand & Stone’s marketing transformation during our virtual Quarterly Business Review. This session will connect the dots across media, brand, membership, and digital — and show how each piece is working together to drive growth.
From 2025 media learnings and performance-based buying to a sneak peek at our 2026 digital roadmap, we’ll also cover brand evolution, membership pilots, enhanced email capabilities, and new prospect and member marketing initiatives.
Join us for our next Virtual Networking: Manager Mingle on Thursday, February 5, focused on The Dual Focus: Driving Gift Card Sales & Long-Term Member Loyalty. This interactive session is designed to help leaders turn short-term wins into lasting growth.
With multiple guest speakers, we’ll explore how to transition gift card buyers into loyal members, apply proven retention strategies, and create meaningful touchpoints that increase lifetime value — plus share a Member Retention Toolkit you can put to work right away.
👉 Save your spot and join the conversation from 3:15–4:15 PM ET.
Zenoti’s Reprioritization feature is designed to help optimize schedules by automatically adjusting only online-booked appointments without a specific provider request — helping improve utilization while protecting guest experience.
Appointments booked with a specific provider, as well as phone or in-spa bookings, are never impacted. To maintain full control, you can also use the Zenoti Lock feature to secure any appointments you don’t want moved — without affecting request numbers.
Follow this step-by-step guide on how to lock and unlock appointments:
We’re excited to share that VOL.U.LIFT marketing materials are officially available and ready to help drive strong launch momentum across spas. These assets are designed to support guest education, boost visibility, and convert interest into bookings.
VOL.U.LIFT will be added to the online booking flow with an expected go-live by the end of Q1 (based on adoption), and a custom landing page for the 4D Lifting & Sculpting Facial is now live. Creative assets are also available in Lytho, Alcom, and Zenoti email templates to make activation easy.

For the past few years, Hand & Stone Corporate has run our Skinfluencer Program to spotlight estheticians across the Hand & Stone community. Through this program, we feature esthetician-created content on our national social channels to showcase your expertise and the quality of our facial services.
As we move into 2026, we are evolving the program. Instead of selecting a small group of estheticians to create content specifically for national channels, we will now source content directly from esthetics-focused Instagram accounts. When we see a video we would like to feature, we will reach out via DM to request permission to share it on our national pages and to ask for franchisee approval, with credit to the esthetician. Any selected video will be compensated with a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
If you would like your account considered, please email your esthetics Instagram handle to toshea@handandstone.com.
We’re excited to see what you create!
